Medova is a medical tourism facilitation service. We connect international patients with independently operated, accredited hospitals and specialists in India, and coordinate related logistics such as cost estimates, visa invitation letters, travel and accommodation support.
Medova does not practise medicine, provide medical advice, or employ the doctors and hospitals in our partner network. All diagnosis, treatment recommendations and medical care are provided independently by the treating hospital and specialist. Any opinions, treatment plans or cost estimates shared with you are provided by the treating hospital, not by Medova.
You agree to provide accurate and complete medical and personal information when using our services. Providing false or incomplete information may affect the accuracy of any treatment opinion or cost estimate you receive, and Medova is not responsible for outcomes arising from inaccurate information you have provided.
Medova's facilitation service is provided to patients at no direct cost. We are compensated by our partner hospitals; this does not increase the cost of your treatment or influence which hospital or specialist is recommended for your case. All treatment costs are payable directly to the treating hospital according to the terms they provide you.
Our partner hospitals and specialists are independent entities, not employees or agents of Medova. While we take care to work only with accredited institutions, Medova is not liable for the medical outcomes, actions, or omissions of any third-party hospital or doctor.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Medova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or your treatment by a third-party hospital or specialist. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
All content on this website — including text, graphics and logos — is the property of Medova or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
